Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $69.00 USD. The free shipping threshold applies to the order total after discounts and before taxes. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The Field Spring is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes applied to your order. All such charges are the responsibility of the customer. These fees vary depending on your country's regulations, so we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

Order Changes & Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to modify your shipping address, contact us immediately at thefieldspring@outlook.com. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make any changes. Any additional shipping costs due to an incorrect address will be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We carefully package every order. The Field Spring is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you have not received your order, please contact your local post office or carrier.
